Excellent location relative to the center, parks, theaters, squares, railway station with. metro station - Historical Museum. I liked the room-servic. Polite English speaking staff. It's clean. It's clean. I liked the music in the restaurant, during breakfast there were songs in French so I even thought that we were in autumn France.

Hearing above average, no kettle and tea set in the room, small selection of dishes in the restaurant menu, taking into account the rapid preparation, did not like the moment - ordering hot drinks (tea, coffee) during the paid breakfast for an extra fee. is not allowed for the hotel to have four stars. In our room (505) one of the walls is dirty and scratched, please note... I really don't like CAVROLIN- he was externally clean, smell of chemistry. is always present! last but not least, price of coffee in the bar is overpriced, taste of good expensive coffee we know, we got the usual average. We want you to be BEST!

I liked absolutely everything. At first I was guided by negative reviews. So, be ready to speak everything, now I think that almost all the reviews are either no longer relevant, wrote the competition. I did not find any drawbacks, breakfasts are very diverse in the style of the Swiss table, staff is very friendly, many will consider it impudence when an employee of the hotel asks what room number you have (to identify as a customer), it's normal. hotel is in excellent condition, for 4 stars. Girls at reception are friendly too. location is 10 out of 10. only downside (but mostly for me) is that there is no smoking area, there is no smoking in the whole area, I had to hold back or go outside and there are already tables with ashtrays. I'm more than sure that next time too.

The breakfast here is fantastic, with a range of meats, bottled water, and fresh fruits at the bar.

Tea & coffee prices at the bar

The room was clean, nice furniture. There were bathrobes in the standard room, which was very nice. The curtains cleaned up the daylight very well and you could sleep comfortably. A lot of clever little things. Delicious and nourishing breakfasts for every taste.

It's time to change the shower cubicle. It's hot in the room when you turn on the air conditioning, it blows right onto the bed. You can't sleep with the air conditioner, because you can catch a cold. The fridge of the minibar doesn't work very well. The ice isn't even frozen. It's a strange card elevator system. They pressed the wrong button right away, so they sat in a closed elevator inside until the pumpkin method was sorted out. We were embarrassed to call the dispatcher.

We loved this hotel's central location in the heart of the city. It was easy for us to find the best restaurants and coffee shops in the quirky area close by. The hotel was sparkling clean and had all the necessary facilities.

Very nice staff, english-speaking ready to help, nice breakfast, hotel very central and quiet. Highly recommended.

The free coffee and tea in the room is a plus and the location is perfect for attending business events nearby. I appreciated the free toiletries provided.

The noise level at all hours of the night was unbearable, making it hard to sleep. the room was not very clean and the furniture looked old and worn.

I really liked the slightly retro atmosphere without any exageration. Great service, tasty breakfast and interesting idea, handing a book to every guest. And excellent price in comparison to comfort and quality. Go on like this!

I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious enough for a comfortable stay, and what I enjoyed most was the professional and friendly service provided by every staff member. the location was unbeatable, with easy access to great restaurants and key tourist attractions. The complimentary champagne in the lobby was a pleasant surprise and really added a nice touch to our stay.

There were a few things that could be improved. while the breakfast was delicious, the service from the coffee waiters was slow and frustrating.

The reception staff were very polite ,smiling and helpful. breakfast was delicious.

The room is functional and recently refurbished, comes with tea supplied and an effective air conditioning system, as for instance. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet.
